BRITAIN DEMANDS RELEASE OF MOLTON

(Received 20, 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. In the House of Goinmons, Mr. Anthony Eden said that the Government had demanded the release of the Molton which ;was understood to have been engaged in evacuating Basque refugees. It was returning to Santandei iu ballast when captured. "The Government is holding General Franco 'fl Government Tesponsible for any \injury or damage," Mr. Eden said. He also stated that Britain would join an international bloc against either Communism or Fascism.
