FRENCH TERRITORY ALSO THREATENED

Following tbe expression of fears that guns are threatening Gibraltar, those weli-informed m Paris declare that similar conditions exist in northwest Spain where guns could fire across a large area of French territory. It is alleged that Germans built the fortifications and the glin platforms in General FraUco's territory on the top of Pyrenees.
