Appointments and Transfers The chairman of the Hawke's Bay Education Board reported on cbangos oi staff in the Bchools in the aistrict at t^e meeting of the board to-day as follow:— ' Appointments mado. — Miss E. R. Jackson, Manutuke; Mr W- M. Collinge> Parkvale; Miss T. M. Hussey, Te Awa; Mr T. G. McCullough, Tolaga Bay; Mr "VV. S, Bilbrough, Wairoa. Mr D. A. Smith has been transferred from Eukauroa to Hatuma. The following teachers have been appointed to relieving positions: — Mrs I. M. E. Frethey, Hastings West; Mrs A. I. Hobbs, Kanakanaia; Mr L. M. Lyona, Kiritaki; Mr L. M. Lyons. Norsewood; Mrs N. B. Boyle, Norsewood; Mrs D. M. Allan, Parkvale; Mrs B. J, Gordon, Poukawa; Mrs B. Eeckin, Tikokino; Miss A. H.
