A sensationt.', was caused by a two-page advertisement in the New York Sun consisting of a 20,000word bitter attack on President Roosevelt by the noted cartoonist Percy Crisby, in which he takes exception to being listed as a taxevader in the receat Federal income investigatipns. He charges Mj* Roosevelt with a desire to destroy the capitalist system and declares: "With every vote given for Roosevelt, a human soul was surrenderea." The artidle refers to Mr Roosevelt 's university training in "the - orchid atmosphere of Harvardr' and declares that Mr Roosevelt is standing hy without protest when priVate property is destroyed hy agitators. '
