Cabinet Offers Withdraws Resignation KING'S WISHES MET

(Received 14, 8.45 a.m.) BRUSSELS, July 13. Associating himself with M. de Leveleye, the Premier of Belgium, M. Paul Van Zeeland, has tendered the resignation of the Cabinet to King Leopold. The King suggested that the Ministry's action was most inopportune and expressed the opinion that the circumstances would be met by the acceptance of M. de Leveleye's resignation. M. Van Zeeland, in aecepting the King's wishea, made a statement in which he says that he feels he should make known what passed in order to prove Cabinet 's solidarity with M. de Leveleye.
