Thefe were firmer prices tending up~ wards, at the Wool saies, at Whicsh. 7461 bales were offered , including 3450 New Zeaiand; Of this quantity 6680 bales sold. It Was a moderate eeleotidn and sold to strong coffipetition. Priees were firmly inaintained. New Zeaiand slipe— Halfbred, lambs, Oanterbury, tap price 21 Jd., 'aVerage 20J.
