SHIP TO SURRENDER ITS CARGO

(Received 12, II a.m.)i AMSTEEDAM, July 11. The Dutch Court, admitting the Spanish banks' claim, ordered the captain of the Thorpe Hall to surrender its cargo of valuables. The Spanish Government has appealed and the dispute goes to the Hague Tribunal.
