WAIPUKURAU, This Day. Porangahau still maintains first place in the order of voting in the Central Hawke's Bay Rugby Sub-Union's queen . carnival. With 4800 votes to their credit, Porangahau have a good Jead ove>- Waipukurau, who are ' second on the list with 4000 votes. The order of voting' iu other centres is as i'ollows : — Otanc-Omakere-Te Aute 3970, Takapau 3620, Ongabnga-Waipawa 2894, TikokinoWaipawa 600. With each vote valued at 3d the total amount collected to dato is £248 11/-.
