Fruit Pasties

Ingredients: |lb. short pastry, any fresh fruit, sugar to taste. Method : Roll out the pastry to $inch thickness, cut it into rounds. Place fruit and sugar in the centre of each. Damp the edges and fold them together over the top of the fruit. Crimp the edges, and bake in a quick oven for about 20 niinutes
