British Victories in America WASHINGTON, July 10. Cambridge aua Oxford won their fu-i track victory over Yale and Harvard on American soil by 7 events to 5. Tho kalf-mile race, the day's final event, settled the issue, It was won by Capain Brown who had previously won the ^uarter-mile. Captain Pennington also scored a doubie victory, winning the 100 and 220 yards.
