WELLINGTON, Last Night. Ihe annnal meeting of delegates to the New Zealand llaoing Conference was presided over by Mr J . S. McLeod, president, ' ren'^. vas turried m connectiou with permission to race ponies debarred under Rule 6G- in England, provided such pony is not subject to any other disqualification, and identity is established under Rule 3 of tlie New Zealand Rules of Racing. Ihe report of the chairman of the stipendiary stewards, Mr C, Gomer. was that the management and controj of race meetings had been maintained at the usual high standard.
