TARADALE ROAD RAMP
Deferred by Highways Board KENNEDY ROAD EXTENSION The proposal to eliminate the lowlevel railway crossing on the NapierTaradale road by the erection of a ramp has not been favoured by many bodies interested. Last night the Taradale Town Board was advised that tho Maia Highways Board at its recent meeting had decided to defer the matter until such time as it found what development in this area was likely io take place. The Highways Board also considered that owing to the heavy commitments for the current year it would not be possible to consider the extension of Kennedy road as a main highway.
