STUFFED POTATOES

Take 6 baked potatoes, 5 cupful grated cheese, 1 teaspoonful salt, £ cupful hot milk, 2 tablespoonfuls butter. Use large potatoes of good shape, and when they are soft balve Jhem lengthwise. Scoop the inside mto a saucepan, c.ash, and mix witb butter salt, milk and pepper to taste. Reluin to the shells and sprinkle with cheese and place dabs of butter on the top. Bake :d a baking tin in a moderate oven from five to ten minutes till crisp and brown on top.
