Debarred from Medical Profession (Received 6, 11.30 to.in.) BERLIN, July 5. An official decree prohibits Jews from sittiiig for medical degrees. A leading Heidelberg philosophor, Dr. Karl Jaspers, and Dr. Grisebach, professor of art and history, were disaiissed "foi- simplication of the administration." It is known that they both have Jewish wiveS.
