Battie-Cruiser Sails for Haifa (Received 8, 8,45 a.ni.) LONDON, July 5. The battle-cruiser Repulse unexpeet. edly left Malta for. Haifa, it is bolieved, owing to fears of possible disturbances when the Royal Commission's report is published on Thursday. The report is expected to divide Palestine into three parts: Jewish, Arab and British mandate. The Arab Nationalists will particularly resent the partitibn.
