REMINDERS

The Aorangi Golf Club will hold its annual dance next Friday, July 9, in the Maraekakaho Hall. A general meeting. of the Hawke's Bay Labourers' Union will be held in the Labour Party rooms, Railway road, to-morrow nigkt at 7.30. All members are r^quested to attend. The special meetings which are belug conducted by the Eev. L. J. Boulton Smith, of Wellington, and which have already proved so helpful and inspirational, will be continued this evening in tbe Baptist Ckurck. Every night a challenging address on a vital tlieme will be given and everyone is heartily invited to hear the messages so forcefully delivered. 'i'o-night's subject will be "The Man who Went Back."
