LOYALIST ARMY TO BE REORGANISED
(Received 5, 11.0 a.m.) VALENQIA, July 4. The Loyalist Cabinet has decided uppn reorganisation of the army and the creation of a vigilance corps against wilitary eipionage. Government planes bombed General Franco's headquarters at Salamanca, seyeral hits being pcored. A French steamer left Santander for La Pallice with 3000 refugees on board. The British steamer Molton will fol]ow daybreak with two thousand more.
