Deficits in Two States (Received 3, 10.30 a.m.) PERTH, July 3. Kevenue for the year ended June 30 was £10,lS7,2o4 and expenditure £10,556,638, a deficit of £369,384, compared with a surplus of £88,378 the previous year. A Brisbane message eays that the year's receipts totalled £16,535,037 and expenditure £16,815,228, a deficit of £280,191, the low'est deficit the ' State has had for eight years.
