ASHBURTON, This Day.The County Council recently placed on the market an £8100 drainage loan at 3£ per cent for 35 years Having received no inquiry, the council has been compelled to seek authority for an issue for a 10-year term. The Power Board met a simiiar position with a £12,000,000 security behind it.
