chocolate crumb pudding. Ingredients: 602. breadcrumbs, 2 lieaped tablespoonfuls of cocoa, 2 cups of milk, 4 eggs, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar, vanjlla essence. Method: Blend the cocoa with a little of the milk heated, boil the remainder of the milk and pour over the chocolate, sugar and breadcrumbs. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla essence to taste. Pour into a greased mould and steam 11 hours. Serve with custard sauce. •
