WASHINGTON, Jcne 30. President Roosevelt, in a Press conference, when asked to comment on the strike crisis, said: "The general opinion of the country is that there is a'plaguc in both your Houses," which Mr. Whitehouse, spokesman, interprcted as "a plague of extremists on both sides, thoso who want violence and those who will not negotiate." President Roosevelt jestingly evaded the question of whether he would accept nomination for a third term.„
