Plague of Extremists on Both Sides • NEW YORK, June 29. A Joknstown message states that the Bethlehem plant, which announces that 6000 have been thrown out of work, has oftered a rewaTd of 10,000 dollars for the apprehension of the dynamiters. The Mayor, Mr. Shields, has telegraphed President Roosevelt: "It seems preposterous that Mr. J. Lewis, the C.I.O. leader, has your support in his ruthless activities. If Mr. Lewis does not withdraw his higlily objectionable rcprcscntatives, the people of Jolmstown inay take the law ' in their own hands. " An emergency meeting of the City ' Council summoned Messrs James Mark and C. Jones, leaders of the steel and railway strike, and warned them that they remain in Johnstown at their own risk.
