CHRISTCHURCH^ Last Night. A taxi-driver, Noble David Morton, was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day with negligent drivjng so »s to cause the death of Annie Marie Ramble. A cyclist gave evidence of seeing the taxi strike Mrs Ramble while she was crossing Hagley Avenue. Visibility was very bad at the time. In the opimon of witness, the taxi was traVelling at 25 miles an hour. (Rroceeding)
