WAIPUKURAU, ThiB Day. Traffic cases considered in the Waipukurau Magistrate's Court yesterday before Mr J. Miller, S.M.. were as follow • John Johnstone, of Wanstead, was lined £1, -with. costs 12/-,, for operating a trailer which had not been registered. Arising out of the same.circumstances, John Silvestpr . Pender, of* Auckland, was tined £1, with costs 12/-, for failiug to notify change of owner- ' ship of the trailer when he sold it to Johnstone last year. ' For driving a car which .had no warrpnt of htness, Malcolm Kifk, of Hatuma, was fined £1, with costs 12/-. * A fipe of 15'/-, with costs 10/-, was imposed upon Walter Edward Gleeson, of Porangahau, for riding a bicycle at night without a light.
