Many folks in this district will realise that our Hastings triplets cannot be given the necessary care without some financdal assistance and so tho members of the various women 's organisations, the Women 's Institutes, ihe Townswomeu 's Guild, the Women 's Division of the Farmers ' Union, the Hastings Women 's Community Club and also the Plunket Society have once again willingly come forward to give assistance. Kepresentatives of these organisations have arranged a card party to be held in the Hastings Assembly Hall on Thursday, July 1, at 2.30 and it is lioped that a very large number of players, eitlier bridge or "500" or any other card game will keep this day for the party and will come along with niaiiy of thoir friends.
