Young Man Committed for Sentence

NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. The conversion of three cars, and a burglary at Fox's store, Okato, from which a safe containing cash and cheques was stolen, were admitted by Henry J. A. Lomax, aged 19, and Phillip Daniel Trainor, aged 24, in the Police Court. Exchanging one car for another when the petrol was exhausted, they travelled from Auckland to Wellington, robbing the store en route, and were arrested aboard the Maunganui when about to leave for Sydney. The two men were committed to the Supreme Court at Christchurch for sentence. On the charge of converting a car at j Auckland they were remanded to appeaj there to-morrow-
