C.I.O. WANTS TO CONTROL CIVIL SERVANTS

WASHINGTON, June 21. Mr. J. L. Lewis has anuounced the plans of the C.I.O. to organise 800,000 Federal Government employees into a iingle union to be called the TTnited Federal Wofkers of America, the first recruits being 15 dissenting local members of the American Eederation of Government Employees, which is affiliated with the Aineriean Eederation of Labour.
