NAPIER CLUB

The Napier Harriers held a sevenmiles pack run on Saturday, starting ITom Puketapu across the swing bridge, along tbe Tutaekuri river to the hills, then to Moteopa, and back along the Fernhill road to the hall. The runners were divided into two packs, one starting ten minutes before the other. Uwing to the very severe nature of the course, a run-iu was not considered adviBable. After tho run tlie harriers were entertained at afternoon tea by Mrs. W. Stracllan, wlio was thanked bj tbe club captain, Mr. L. Hatch, for her very mucb appreciated hospitality.
