Another Enjoyable Korero

WAIPAWA, Last Night. The usual fortnightly korero of the Waipawa Savage Club was held last evening, Chief iSavage E. W. Chisholm presiding o\ er an attendance of ,some ilfty members and visitors. The programme for the evening was in the liands of Bavages Dallas and Nicholls. The Chief extended a hearty welcome to the visitors, two of whom were assisting with the programme. Several selections wero reudered by the orchestra under the direction of Savage V. A. Patterson; songs were contributed by Messrs MacDonald and Hart; a violin solo by Savage Ch'aliuers; a reading from "Master Sanguine" by Savage Douglas; and a community sing was couducted by Past Chief Savage Barker. A novelty number, "Chin Chin Chinaman," was presented by Savages Strang, Woods, Tiek"uer and Barker, iutroducing a number of local hits which were greally approciated by Ihe meiubers. A very mteresting demonstration of wrostling holds n as gi\ou by Savages Nicholls and Orr. Tho progianuno for ihe next korero is in the liands of Savages F. Holt and Chalmers.
