Conference Hopes For Limitation RESULT 0F TENSION (Received 16, 1 p.m.) LONDON, June 15. The conference was impressed with the world-wide effect of increased armaments "by tbe principal Powers, due to increased xnternational tension since 1930, stated the official summary. It was of the higkest importance that negotiations for arms limitation should be re-opened whexxever there was ieasonable px-ospects of success. Enxphasis was placed on tbe advantnges of Imperial co-operation in the production and supply, of munitions, raw materials, food and forage to meet , , Empire needs.
