In pursuance of the Government 's poliCy to _ give adequate broadcasting service throughout the Doahinion, fiifther modern statiotig are to be eredted, Stated the acting-MiniSter-in-Charge of BroadcaSting, the Hon. The length of time vfhich would elapse between the calling of tenders and the completion of stations cannot be given at present, but every effort would be made to expedite mlters. The proposed flve-kiloWatt stations would be half the power of 3YA, Christchurch.
