OTTAWA, Jui 10. Tlie death has ocourred of Sir Bobert Borden,' K.C.M.G., a former Canadian Prime Minister, and representative of the Canadian Government on the League of Natious Couneit He sufl'etved a heart attack on May 31 and physieians despaired of his recovery. His condition became acute last night. The principal dolegatos at the Impoi'ial ConCorenco paid tribute ,to the lifo and work of Sir Itobcrt and passod a vote of appreciation of his service*
