KING GEORGE MEMORIAL

Donations to the King George V. Memorial Fund in Havelock North totalled £22 2/6, stated the clerk, Mr W. H. Anderson, at the meeting last evening of the Havelock North Town Board. A number of donations by llaveloek North residents, however, had been made to the Hastings fund. The Mayor of Hastings, Mr G. A. Maddison, has reeeiyed a further dona- , tion of £1 1/- from Mr G. Holden, per Dalgety and Co., Ltd., towards the Kirig George V. Memoriai Fund. This brings the Hastings fund up to £918 9/4.
