MOMENTOUS CHANGES?
Army Revolt Feared In Russia POUTICAL WEEDING-OUT (Beceived 11, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 10. Meesages from Moscow, from Riga aud elsewhera reveal mystification as to what is happening in Russia, but all agree that momentous changes are afoot. The Daily Mail's Warsaw coirespondent says that Marshal Tukachevesky has mysteriously disappeared from Moscow. The authorities fear revolt in the army. The Morning Post's Moscow corlespondent says that the Stalin group aim to maka the army sound Communists and reroove the treasonable influencfs. The Morning Post's diplomatic correspondent quotes the prediction that the Soviet regime will become a military dictatorship because of M. Stalin 's increasing isolation. It requires the whole-hearted support -of the army, whieb ' is only theoretically Communistic. Henee the present weeding-out ef political elements.
