KINDERGARTEN MOTHERS' CLUB ANNUAL MEETING

Members of thq Hastings Free Kindevgarten Mothers ' Club held their annual meeting on Tuesday in the Baptist Sunday School room. Miss E. M. Bcatter, tlio kindergarten director, was in the chair. Tlie activitios of the past year were reviewed in the annual report presented by the secretary, Mrs H. Manning, A progratnipe of social functions, dipcussions and addresges had made the year rnost enjoyable, and thanks were expressed to the speakers and artists who had made the meetings so pleasajit and prolitable. ^ The members had helped in many kindergarten activities during the year. Mrs Manping was eongratulated upon her report and thanked fpr her work and interest us secretary. The election of oflicers resultod as Jollows: Secretary, Mrs Spooner; trea-s-x.rer, Mrs Mitchell j committee, Mesdames Apperley, J. Bright, Dunn, Wah sun. Jt was arranged to bold the club meetings on the seeond and fourth YVodnesday of every month. Mrs J. Wilson, prcsident of the kindergarten council, gave a inueh apprecxated talk to the members, eucouragiug thetu in their work as mothers and urging thom to mahe fyll use of the opportunity alforded by the club for the exeliange of ideas and the forining of t'riendsliips.
