(Received 10, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, June 9. The actor Ivan Menzies, speaking at Leeas at the conference of the Oxford Group, at which 15 nations were represented, said that the movement was bringjng great and beneticial changes in the lives of men of all classes in New Zealand and Australia.
