A delightful evening was given for Mr. and Mrs. William Savage, Hatuma, at the residence of their daughter, Mrs. A. Rtuherford, Takaparu road, in honour of their wedding anniversary during the week-end. Many young people were present, ahd the evening went quickly with games and dancing. A buffet supper was served, and the wedding cake cut, after which the enjoyable evening was brought to a close. $
