Mr C. Pattison Re-elected For Patangata County

WAIPUKURAU, This Day. Mr C. Pattison, of Waipawa, was unanimously re-elected chairman ot the Patangata County Council at the annual meeting yesterday. He now enters upon his 18th year in this capacity. His reappointment was made on the motion of Cr. E. H. White, seconded by Cr. A. W. S. Longley. Other councillorB endorscd euluyistic remarks made in Mr Pattison 's favour by the mover and seconder "During the whole time I have been chairman of this council I have never met with any strife," said Mr Pattison, when thanking councillors for their continued confidence in him "Our meetings have always been conducted in good harmony." Cr. White was re-elected deputychairman, on the motion of Cr. Longley. Present at the annual meeting were the chairman, Mr C. Pattison, and Crs. G. F. McHardy, J. D. Ormond, jnr., H. Parsons, A. Kittow, A. McGaffin, R. H. White, A. W. S. Longley, C. E. Edgecombe, B. E, O. Niilsson. j
