A U (JixLiAJN D, ThiS Day. Probably the youngest baby ever to make a flight in an aeroplane in New Zealand is the five-weeks-old daughter of Mrs K. Newburgh, wlio last Saturday flew froin Christchurch to To Kuiti. The baby slept all the way. With Mr Ernle Clurk as pilot, Mrs Newburgh and the baby lef'fc Christchurch. on Saturday, but on ^he way to Auckland darkness fell rapidly and a landing was made at Te Kuiti and the journey was continued by car. The mother and baby leave on the return flight to Christchurch to-morrow
