t OAPETOWN, June 8. * Asked whether the Soutb African or British Parliament would decide the .issue if Germany demanded the rettirn of iier colonies, General Smuts told a meeting that the League of Nations would decide. "And if the League dedided that South West Africa should return to Germapy?" asked a questioner. "Then the puppets will start to dauce," replied General Smuts.
