Police Forces Not Co-ordinated (Received 9, 10.50 a.m.) • RUGBY, June 8. Welcoming delegates at the international periodical police commission, which for the ftrst time is meeting in London, Sir Samuel Hoare said it seemed strange that nntil comparatively recently there had been no effective machinery to co-ordinate the activities . of police forces of adjolning countries. While in Britain we are not faced to the sagae extent with the problem of international crime as countries with land frontiers," he said, "every country has a problem to face. The commission proves a valuable vehicle for the study of improved methods for combating international crime by thC collection of inf ormation. "
