GUILTY OF MURDER

Sequel to Death of Violinist NEW YORK, June 7. Mischa Ross has pleaded guilty in the second degree to the murder of Miss Lubova, and will be sentenced on June 21st. The penalty ranges from twelve years to life imprisonment. A cable received on April 20th stated that Mischa Ross, a booking agent, had been arrested in connection with the murder of Miss Lubova, who was battered- with a hammer in a xehearsal studio. He collapsed wheu he was told! the girl was dead. He admitted he! struck her. He was hysterical as a| result of heavy drinking and said he quarrelled because he wanted to return to his estranged wife but the violinistj refused to allow him to leave. •
