YVA1FUKUKAU, Last Night. Mr A. C. Russell was unaniinouslv re-elected chairman of the Waipukurau County Council at the annual meeting yesterday, on the motion of Crs. L. M. Monckton and P. F. Wall., Councillors paid tribute to Mr Russell for the able way in which he had guided the destinies of the county over a long period. Cr. L. M. Monckton was re-elected deputy-cliairman
