The political correspondent of the Anstralian Associated Press understands that the Imperial Conference Air Communications Committee hopes to xeach agreement on June 7 in connection with the establishment of trans-Tasman and trans-Pacific Empire air services, in readiness to submit it to heads of the delegations for adoption, and only a few details remain to be settled, including the management of ' the trans-Tasman service, also flnality regarding Honolulu as a base for the trans-Pacific route. Discussions have been based on the Wellington conference resolutions. The trans-Tasman and trans-Pacific shipping discussions are at last making progress, and there is now every hope for a satisfactory agreement being xeached before the conclusion of the conference.
