British Columbia Carries Plebiscite (RecCived 3, 12.30 p.m.) YANCOUVER, June 2. The Premier, Mr Pattullo, and the entire C.abinet have been re-elected. The victory is hailed as a rebuke to the radicals. The Commoliwealth Federation seeured 48 seats, the Liberals"30, against 35 iii the previous House, tbe Conservatives eight (one), CommonWealth six (seven), Labour oue (one), and Independents three (four). The plebiscite on conipulsory health insurance was carried. The main Government plank was better financial terms at Ottawa.
