. THAMES, This Day, Thieves broke jnto the Kerepehi store, owned by Mr A. P. Iimes, some time last night or this morning, and used explosives on the safe, escapihg with a *sum of mere than £30j Entrance was gained through a side wihdow. Sacks of chaff wefe used to tleaden the sound oi tlio explosion, which wrecked the small 8Ufe and office. Tlie intruders left the store by the ffont, leaying the door open. It is understood that a inan living in the vicinity and wlio was going home iate, saw a ear parked near the shop.
