Values Unchanged Store-cattle values wero iuuch on parity with xecent saies at to-day's stock sale at Stortford Lodge, when an entry. which included some excellent quality lines of young cattle wai offered. A partieularly good pen was an.'entry of chiller steers from Aplee Statiou which attracted good eompetition to v Sell out at £8 9/-. Dairy lines sold with moderate inquiry at unclianged rates. Selected entries and, prices* paid aro as follow:— Twenty-nine weauer P.A, ' stoers. offered on account of Mr Oswald ' Glarkson, well-grown and'clean-bred, in good' fresh condition, met: with a. good run of •Mdding to sell at £4 10/-. A pen of 43 P.A. grown , steers, as advertised, in from Aplee Station and on account of the Hon. H. A. Russell, well grown cattle, of . good chilling tvpe, Well finished and an attracrive line, met the market at £8 9/-. - Twelve Hereford and HerefOrd-Short-horn crossbred steers. on' account of Mr H.- Tupaea, somewhat mixed in size and condition, but a useful store line, realised £6 12/-. Nineteen P.A. weaner steers, in from Greenhill Station and on account of Mr E. Lyons, nicely grown and cleau-bred, made £3 17/6. .
