'Miss M. Webb, of Ormondville, has been transferred from the hospital in Wellington, where she has been a patient for some time, to the- Dannevirke Hospital, a move which it is anticipated will benefit her considerably. Mr. and Mrs. S. Chatfield, and their son lan, of Te Puki, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Boyle, of the Otawhao block., Both Mr. and Mrs. Cliatfield were prominent residents of Otawhao some years agO. Mr. Rert Ericksen and his daughter Miss Graee Ericksen and Mr. Ivan Carpenter, of 'Whatawhata, Hamilton, are the guests of the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. O, Ericksen and also Mrs. C. Parsons. Mr. Ericksen is an old boy of the Norsewood school, and since leaving his hom« town some 30 years ago has been residing in various parts of the North Islaud. Sliss Naiiey Porter, of Hastings, is on a visit to Wairoa. JMr. Trewby, secretary oi the Wairoa Dairy Factory Co. is on holiday leave in the South. Miss Andrey White, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Whyte, of Lucknow street, Wairoa, has returned from a , vieit relatives .at Havelock North. -
