KUGBY, May 3L The meetings at Geneva' last week afiorded a fresk opportunity to the Foreign Ministers pf Great Britain, France and Belgium to xeview the atate of negotiations for a new Western agreement. As is known, all threo Governments attach the greatest importance to bringing the discussions, which have been in train now for inore than a year, to a successful conclusion, and it was agreed to press on with tho efforts to this end. Eeports which have appeared auggesting that as a result of the Geneva talks Mr. Eden had undertaken somo special responsibility for this purpose on behalf of the other parties concerned, are understood to be without foundation.
