Indianapoiis Motor Race Won by Wijbur Shaw (Eeceived 1, 11.20 a.m.) INDIANAPOLIS, May 31. Wilbur Shaw, driving a Gilmour Special, won a 500-miles motor race at an average speed of 113,829 m.p.h. for 4 hours 24 minutes, 9 seconds. Ealph Hepburn was second with an average speed of 113.565 m.p.h. for 4 hours 24 minutes 10 seconds.
